@travelpanties: "Missing @canyonranch Already! No more chocolate cheesecake and blueberry cobbler in bed! By the way, the blueberry cobbler is the most Unreal dessert ever at the property. Pick it up at the café to go and enjoy in bed with one of 1600 movies you can borrow."
@travelpanties: "I may be the only person who goes to @canyonranch and gains weight. I must admit I was a little worried about what to expect from the food. I was happily surprised by the quality, variety and incorporation of local ingredients. Everything was so delicious! From the spicy chicken sausage pizza (with red and green Thai chili) baked in a brick oven, grilled cheese and tomato soup, steak and blue cheese quesadillas, salad bars, cheese plates, scallops and even mocktails (no alcohol is served on premises--bring wine). Oh and don't even get me started on desserts: fresh-baked cookies, homemade ice cream and these all change daily. And have no fear the staff isn't there to judge. They taught us the tricks: like asking to warm our cookies and how to make ice cream sandwiches. But perhaps the biggest secret at Canyon Ranch is that dinner in the café is the BEST. You don't need reservations and you can sit at the bar and watch Chef Kyle Nottingham who is the real deal. He told us about all the ingredients and handed us samples of tomatoes he had picked that morning. And stay tuned for my absolute favorite dessert."
